A Young Steinway Artist, the Chinese pianist Hechengzi Li (Chengzi), was featured on the cover of the World of Music magazine and described as “The rising star, the genuine and passionate storyteller through music.” Started the piano at age of two, Chengzi won the grand prize of HongKong International Piano Competiton at the age of three. Being the youngest signed solo artist to ShaanXi Symphony orchestra, Chengzi released her series of albums from “Cheng” record series in 2019 and 2021. Having being exceptionally accepted to Juilliard BM at the age of 16, Chengzi has two Artist Diploma degrees from CIM and SMU, and now pursuing DMA at UNT, she studies with Sergei Babayan and Vladimir Viardo.
